Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website at elariswfm.com. This site is operated by Wilhoite Systems Group LLC DBA Elaris Workforce Management (“Elaris”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover this website only. The Elaris workforce management platform is in development and is not generally available. If and when you are given access to the platform, that access will be governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
What this site is
This is a marketing website. It describes what Elaris is being designed to do. It is not an offer, a commitment to deliver a particular capability, or a promise of a release date.
Figures used in examples and demonstrations on this site — including the interface illustrations, worked examples, and the Staffing Planner’s starting values and example pattern — are illustrative unless otherwise identified. The interface images are not screenshots of a working product and are labelled as such. Do not rely on them as evidence of product behaviour.
The Staffing Planner
The Elaris Staffing Planner calculates staffing estimates from the values you enter.
- Your inputs. The contact volumes, patterns, handle times, targets and other values you enter are yours. The planner uses them only to calculate in your browser, as described in our Privacy Notice.
- Calculation results. The planner’s results are calculated from your inputs by the methods described on the planner page, principally the Erlang C queueing model. The same inputs always produce the same results. They are not illustrative or synthetic figures.
- Planning estimates. The results are estimates under the model’s stated assumptions, including steady arrivals within each interval, no abandonment, and one contact per agent at a time. Real outcomes depend on forecast accuracy, customer behaviour, actual staffing and other factors the model does not include. The results are not guarantees of service or staffing outcomes, and they are not advice for your organization. Check them against your own methods before relying on them.
- Example values. The planner opens with example inputs so that it can be used straight away. They are illustrative and describe no real operation. Example intraday pattern ES-1 is synthetic: it was written for the planner and is not a measured or representative contact-center pattern. Replace example values with your own.
- Educational examples. Worked examples in the planner page’s guide, and elsewhere on this site, illustrate the method with synthetic inputs.
- The software that runs the planner. The planner runs two kinds of software in your browser. The Elaris calculation engines and the planner’s own code are proprietary to Elaris Workforce Management, and all rights in them are reserved except where expressly granted. The planner also runs third-party software, including the Pyodide runtime, the Python interpreter and standard library, and the components bundled with them. That software is not owned by Elaris. It remains under its respective upstream licences, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licences give you. The planner’s software notices list each component and its licence, with the full licence texts.
The early-access form
You may use the early-access form to ask us to contact you. Please give accurate information, and please do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, employee records or customer data belonging to your organization through it — it is a public marketing form, not a secure channel. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Notice.
Submitting the form does not create any agreement between us, does not guarantee a reply, and does not entitle you to access the platform. We decide who takes part in early access.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or anything connected to it, interfere with its operation, submit automated or bulk form submissions, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
Our content
The content of this site — text, layout, design, the Elaris name and marks, including Elaris Workforce Management — belongs to Elaris Workforce Management, except where stated otherwise. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use the Elaris name or mark to suggest a relationship, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
The typefaces used on this site (Instrument Sans, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors. Their licences are published alongside the font files.
The third-party software that the Staffing Planner runs in your browser, including the Pyodide runtime and Python, is licensed by its authors under its own licences. The planner’s third-party notices list each component, its licence and where its source code is available.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not promise that the information on it is complete or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, workforce-management or operational advice for your organization.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Elaris Workforce Management is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where this site links to somewhere else, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for it.
Changes
If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
