Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including the Staffing Planner. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard we work to; it is not a claim that the site already meets it in full.

This page covers this public website only. The Elaris workforce management platform is in development and is not generally available.

How we check

We test every page, including the Staffing Planner in its Day, Week and Month views, with an automated accessibility checker and by working through each page with the keyboard alone. We fix the problems we find. The most recent check was on 2 October 2026.

Known limitations

• The site has not yet been tested with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver.
• It has not yet been tested at 200% browser zoom, in Windows high-contrast mode, or on real mobile devices.
• The Staffing Planner draws its chart as a picture. Its numbers are also given as text, in the chart’s list of intervals and in the Data table below it.
